About Ignacio Esnaola

Ignacio Esnaola is a partner and head of the tax law practice at EDN Abogados. His practice focuses on tax consulting for Chilean and foreign companies, tax evaluation of corporate restructuring processes, asset acquisitions, the development of investment structures in Chile and abroad, the organisation of family-owned businesses, and the resolution of tax disputes in both administrative and judicial forums, among other areas. Before joining EDN Abogados, Ignacio was a senior manager at EY and a partner at Bruzzone y González Abogados. He is also a professor in various postgraduate tax programmes at the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile (LLM UC) and Universidad Andrés Bello.
