About Ilana Haramati

Ilana Haramati represents individuals and companies in high-stakes criminal, civil and regulatory investigations and enforcement actions, jury trials and internal investigations. She is an experienced white-collar attorney, known for her aggressive advocacy and strategic defence. She is a tenacious courtroom advocate and has obtained acquittals before trial juries for serious white-collar charges. Through her thoughtful approach to white-collar defence, Ilana has also successfully protected her clients from facing enforcement actions at all, including by obtaining non-prosecution agreements, and prosecutorial declinations on behalf of her clients under investigation for diverse allegations of individual and corporate misconduct.
