About Ildar Yuvakaev

Ildar Yuvakaev is the founder and managing partner of Consigliere Group. He has more than 15 years’ experience advising entrepreneurs, family offices, private investors and financial institutions on cross-border structuring, international tax planning, investment vehicles and private wealth matters. Prior to founding Consigliere Group, Ildar held senior legal positions at major financial institutions, including VTB Capital Investments and BCS Financial Group. His practice focuses on international wealth structuring, family governance, investment funds, M&A transactions and regulatory matters across multiple jurisdictions. Ildar holds degrees from Moscow State University, RANEPA and King’s College London and holds Financial Markets Professional certifications (NAUFOR).
