About Irène Suter-Sieber

Irène Suter-Sieber is a partner at Walder Wyss. She co-heads the firm’s employment, incentives, mobility and pensions team, and is qualified as a Certified Specialist SBA Employment Law. She advises Swiss and international clients (employers) on all aspects of employment law, including restructurings, transfers of undertakings, international employee mobility, restrictive covenants and sensitive HR matters. Irène has particular expertise in complex employment disputes and regularly represents clients in civil and administrative proceedings. She also advises on employment-related data protection and social security law. She is a member of the International Bar Association and serves as a judge of the Disciplinary Court of the Zurich Bar Association on a pro bono basis.
