About Irbaz Wahab

Irbaz Wahab is the founding lawyer of Cloudhaus Law, where he leads the firm’s Web3, fintech and corporate practices. He advises clients on crypto-asset regulatory compliance, fintech licensing, privacy law and technology agreements in Canada. Irbaz holds dual JD degrees from Windsor Law and the University of Detroit, as well as a BA (Honours) in Public Policy from the University of Toronto. He is called to the Ontario Bar and holds a Certificate in Negotiating and Drafting IT Agreements from Osgoode Hall Law School. He is also a Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/C).
