About Iro Bei

Iro Bei is a senior partner at Major & Grove with close to two decades of experience advising leading entities across the maritime industry. Her practice focuses on complex shipping transactions, including vessel sales and purchases and newbuilding projects, together with the debt and equity financing behind them. On the debt side, Iro has extensive experience in financings, refinancings and related security arrangements. On the equity side, she acts for shipowners and investors, structuring joint ventures and shareholder arrangements, drafting and negotiating subscription and shareholders’ agreements, and advising on capital markets transactions and SEC compliance.
