About Iva Basarić

Iva Basarić is a partner at Babić & Partners focusing on corporate/commercial, M&A and antitrust/competition matters. Iva started working as an associate at the firm in 2008 and became a partner in 2015. She studied law at the University of Zagreb, Faculty of Law (2008), received her LLM degree from the University of San Francisco School of Law (2009), and has a postgraduate diploma in EU Competition Law from King’s College, London (2020). Iva is a member of the Croatian Bar Association and the International Bar Association (where she is involved in the work of Antitrust Section’s Cartels Working Group), and is the American Bar Association liaison to the Croatian Bar Association.
