About Ivandro Ristum Trevelim

Ivandro Ristum Trevelim is a partner at Campos Mello Advogados in co-operation with DLA Piper' Real Estate practice, with over 27 years’ experience in real estate and construction law. He also co-leads the Brazilian Real Estate team. His experience in the Brazilian real estate market includes business and legal consultancy for the purchase and sale of urban, farmland and industrial areas; commercial and residential leases; structuring real estate developments, retail, logistics centres and shopping malls; and the structuring of real estate financing, real estate investment funds and construction agribusiness. Ivandro regularly advises clients on issues involving real estate investment transactions, for both Brazilian and foreign investors.
