About João Eduardo Zica Diamantino

João Eduardo Zica Diamantino is a partner at Diamantino Advogados Associados, founded by Diamantino Silva Filho (in memoriam) and recognised for over 60 years as a benchmark in agrarian law. He practises in civil, agribusiness and tax law. He has a law degree from IBMEC and a postgraduate degree in Civil Procedural Law from PUC-SP, and is currently pursuing a postgraduate degree in Tax Law at IBET. He also serves as a guest lecturer at the Agribusiness Student League (IBMEC-SP). He advised the Brazilian Association of Zebu Breeders on a TRF-3 decision that upheld the legality of live cattle exports under Brazilian law, complied with MAPA oversight and met the importing countries’ sanitary requirements.
