About Jo Feldman

Jo Feldman is a partner and head of Trade Law at Corrs, with over 20 years’ experience advising on the full spectrum of international trade issues, including: export controls, sanctions, tariffs, dumping, digital trade, foreign investment regulation, IP, ESG and business and human rights. Jo has chaired, negotiated or advised on all of Australia’s free trade agreements, worked as a senior lawyer at the WTO Secretariat, appeared as counsel in WTO disputes, and been invited to train government officials across APAC, the Middle East and UK. Jo is globally recognised for her trade expertise and has received Australian Government commendations for this.
