About Joel Quek

Joel Quek is a partner in WongPartnership’s commercial and corporate disputes, international arbitration, asset recovery, and international enforcement and Vietnam practices. He has an active practice in international arbitration and court litigation before the Singapore courts, often in high-value disputes that are legally significant. He has particular experience in arbitration-related court proceedings, including the enforcement and setting-aside of arbitral awards, and in cross-border asset recovery. Recognised as a Future Leader in the Lexology Index: Arbitration and a Future Star in Benchmark Litigation Asia-Pacific, Joel is Co-Chair of the IBA Arb40 Subcommittee and an officer of the IBA Arbitration Committee.
