About Johan Løje

Johan Løje has more than 30 years’ experience in counselling and litigation of cases concerning intellectual property rights and marketing law. He is ranked amongst the best IP litigators by international guides and directories. Johan is an Associate Professor at the University of Copenhagen, School of Law where he teaches intellectual property law and marketing law. Johan is recognised as an IP specialist by the European Commission. Johan is the Danish member of the Global Advertising Lawyers Alliance. Furthermore, Johan is a member of the consultative council at the Centre for European Studies on Economic Law at the University of Copenhagen.
