About Johanna Kauppinen

Johanna Kauppinen is a senior associate at HPP Attorneys Ltd who specialises in EU, competition and regulatory law. Her areas of expertise include antitrust matters and merger control. She regularly advises clients on antitrust investigations and compliance, as well as assisting in merger control proceedings. Johanna also counsels clients on issues regarding Finnish foreign direct investment (FDI) control and related administrative proceedings. Prior to joining HPP, Johanna completed a traineeship with the Finnish national competition authority, where she worked in the antitrust unit. She has also worked as a research assistant at Aalto University in the field of competition law. Johanna is qualified as a Finnish attorney-at-law.
