He has more than 20 years' experience in advising companies on regulatory aspects and legally compliant management, and is regarded as one of the leading regulatory lawyers in Austria. Furthermore, Johannes represents the interests of his clients before supervisory authorities and the courts. He has been a lecturer at the law faculty of the University of Innsbruck since 2012 and is a regular speaker at conferences. He also regularly publishes on current topics in legal journals and books. He co-authored a book on Austria’s new FDI regime which was published in September 2020.
