About Johannes Wårdman

Johannes Wårdman is a partner at CMS Wistrand, specialising in M&A, investments, capital raisings, and corporate law. He has extensive experience advising on domestic and cross-border transactions, particularly in the consumer products, healthcare, infrastructure, and digital industries. He specialises in JVs, shareholder agreements, and other commercial collaborations. Johannes joined CMS Wistrand in 2009 and became a partner in 2018. He heads the firm’s consumer products sector group and regularly advises on strategic investments and corporate structuring. Johannes is a member of the Swedish Bar Association, the CMS Executive Committee, and the International Association of Young Lawyers (AIJA).
