John F Petrony has over three decades of experience and focuses his practice exclusively on providing business law and real estate law services. John’s business law services, comprising the majority of his practice, include: (i) business sales and acquisitions; (ii) commercial transactions; (iii) securities/private placements; (iv) franchise and distribution matters; (v) business reorganisations; and (vi) LLC/entity organisations. He is the exclusive corporate law member in Ohio for IR Global, a multi-disciplinary professional services network focused on the middle market. He is also a member of the OSBA Corporation Law Committee and the M&A Committee of the ABA.
