John Patrick Santos is a senior associate at Cruz Marcelo & Tenefrancia and a member of its IP department and the Patent group. His practice mainly covers both the prosecution and litigation of IP rights, with particular experience in trademark and patent work, including prior art search, patent drafting and patent in the Philippines. He likewise manages the Philippine trademark portfolio of key clients based both inside and outside the Philippines. Patrick also assists local and foreign clients with the research and compilation of relevant Philippine issuances and regulations in preparation for the import, sale and commercialisation of their products.
