About Jonas Høst

Jonas Høst is a senior associate and part of Moalem Weitemeyer’s Disputes & Investigations practice. He advises Danish and international clients on litigation and arbitration cases, with a focus on post-M&A claims, management liability claims, shareholder litigation, and broader corporate and commercial disputes. Jonas possesses an in-depth understanding of M&A transaction processes and the deal dynamics and common pitfalls, based on his experience as an M&A lawyer for several years. Jonas serves as an external lecturer at the University of Copenhagen, teaching the Master’s course in Civil Procedure.
