About Jonathan Neumann

Jonathan Neumann is a partner in Shibolet & Co.’s Capital Markets and High-Tech & Venture Capital practices, advising US-listed and dual-listed Israeli issuers on securities regulation, corporate law and governance in Israel and the US. He acts in shareholder activism matters for both activist shareholders and companies preparing for and defending against campaigns, with experience in hostile takeovers, tender offers, contested director elections and contested M&A. Jonathan also advises on executive compensation, related-party transactions and disclosure matters. He recently co-led Shibolet’s representation of Camtek on its USD500 million convertible notes offering.
