About Jorge Duque

Jorge Duque is a senior associate at Robalino. His practice is focused on antitrust litigation with relevant experience in cartel investigations, abuse of dominance, and gun jumping, representing large corporations from a wide range of industries. He is a former merger control analyst at the antitrust agency. Jorge studied law at San Francisco de Quito University and has a master’s degree in economic criminal law, a diploma in competition law and regulation, and a postgraduate certificate in law. He is also a researcher for the Competition Centre of Universidad San Francisco de Quito and Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez. Jorge is also an assistant professor of competition law at Universidad Hemisferios.
