Jordan Shaw is the managing partner of Shaw Lewenz and chair of the firm’s Commercial Litigation Practice Group. Jordan represents clients in high-stakes litigation involving partnership disputes, derivative actions, corporate dissolutions and receiverships, securities and stockholder litigation, fraud and fiduciary litigation, M&A litigation, and real estate and contract litigation.
