José Alejandro Corbán has over ten years’ experience in the legal field and is a partner at InterJuris Abogados. He has participated in several transactions involving sale of assets, mergers and acquisitions, spinoffs and due diligence, as well as in the review, drafting and negotiation of contracts relating to the incorporation of mixed companies for hydrocarbon projects in Venezuela, and project financing related to the oil and gas sector. José Alejandro has participated in all the major projects of the energy department of the firm, working alongside Gabriela Rachadell de Delgado.
