About Jose Luis V. Agcaoili

Jose Luis V. Agcaoili has served as managing partner of Agcaoili & Associates since April 2001, overseeing the firm’s corporate practice, dispute resolution work, administration, personnel and finances. He has extensive experience in aviation and aircraft finance, banking and finance, corporate and commercial law, litigation, arbitration, energy, family law, labour and criminal law. He earned his BS in Business Management, with honours, from De La Salle University in 1981, and his LLB from the University of Santo Tomas in 1987. Jose joined the firm in 1988. He also served as Chief of Staff at the Philippine Senate from 1992 to 1998 and was president of the Philippine Bar Association for 2018–2019.
