Jose M. Velderrain
is a certified public accountant licensed in Mexico and by the Texas State Board of Public Accountancy. He holds a PhD in Fiscal Sciences and a master’s degree in International Taxes. He is managing partner of Velderrain Sáenz y Asociados, a Mexico-based firm specialising in accounting and cross-border tax compliance for international businesses and foreign subsidiaries. He has over 20 years of experience advising multinational groups and foreign investors and has served as a graduate-level professor and a frequent lecturer.
