About Jose Rodríguez

Jose Rodríguez is an attorney and notary public at Nodeman, with a law degree from ESEN and a master’s in international business from EAE Business School, Barcelona. He holds AML certification from FIBA/FIU, completed Cambridge Judge Business School’s Digital Assets Business Program, and is pursuing a capital markets certification from NYIF. He is actively involved in El Salvador’s technology and Bitcoin ecosystem through CASATIC’s Public Policy and Innovation Committees and ASOBITCOIN’s board of directors. His practice focuses on Bitcoin, digital assets, structured offerings and AIFs. He has advised on over USD300 million in structured assets, and speaks internationally on legal technology, Bitcoin, and digital finance.
