About Joseph Ashkenazi

Joseph Ashkenazi co-heads Herzog Fox & Neeman’s litigation and dispute resolution department. With three decades of experience, he focuses on complex litigation, including class actions, corporate and securities disputes, commercial litigation and white-collar proceedings. He has extensive experience in representing multinationals in Israeli commercial and civil disputes and in class actions, many of which run parallel to claims in other jurisdictions. Joseph has also appeared before the Supreme Court of Israel in precedential cases concerning private international law rules applicable to multinational defendants in class actions.
