About Joseph Ecker

Joseph Ecker is a trial attorney focusing on intellectual property litigation and enforcement in all courts across the country, before the International Trade Commission and Trademark Trial and Appeal Board, and in co-ordination with federal and local law enforcement agencies. He represents rights-holders and brands in trade mark, trade dress, copyright, design patent, and trade-secret disputes in the fashion, luxury goods, music, entertainment, food, beverage, sports, art, and publishing industries. He also advises clients on physical and online anti-counterfeiting and anti-piracy strategies and royalty and licensing matters. He is a member of INTA and serves on the Anti-Counterfeiting and Anti-Piracy Committee of the Intellectual Property Owners Association.
