José Antonio Fernández de Alarcón Roca is a founding partner and legal director of MONLEX. He advises leading Spanish and international hotel groups, investors and tourism-related businesses on corporate and commercial matters, employment issues and cross-border expansion, including acquisitions, restructurings and the negotiation of operating, management and distribution arrangements. José supports clients in the strategic planning and execution of international growth and investment programmes, helping to structure entry into new markets, assess regulatory and operational constraints and implement scalable governance for multi-country operations. He co-ordinates MONLEX’s international partner network, supporting multi-jurisdiction mandates and outbound investment for tourism projects in key destination markets, and assists clients with stakeholder engagement across the hospitality and leisure economy.
