He also has vast experience in providing legal advice and defence during administrative (complex tax audits and economic-administrative claims) and judicial proceedings (mainly before the National and the Spanish Supreme Court) to clients (high net worth individuals and entities) with complex disputes against the Spanish Tax Authorities. In addition, Javier lectures on “tax procedures and judicial review” and “Tax Audit” courses at Centro de Estudios Financieros on an annual basis, and has participated in several tax publications. He is a member of the Madrid Bar Association and the Spanish Association of Tax Advisors.
