About Jacob Bier

Jacob Bier is a partner at Moalem Weitemeyer and head of the firm’s ECM practice. He advises some of Denmark’s largest listed companies on mergers and acquisitions, capital raises and other capital markets matters. Jacob is one of Denmark’s most experienced and renowned lawyers in M&A and financial matters, with decades of extensive Danish and international experience. He previously worked in London at Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson and at investment bank Greenhill & Co.
