About Jacob Siegel

Jacob Siegel is the managing partner at Ciresi Conlin. His practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, trade secret disputes, intellectual property, and appeals. He represents individuals and local and national companies in high-stakes contract and unfair competition cases, as well as class actions and other complex civil matters. He also has substantial appellate experience, briefing and arguing cases before Minnesota appellate courts and courts nationwide. Jake recently played a key role in securing a USD375 million settlement in litigation involving trade secrets and fiduciary duties.
