Jae Hyong Woo
is a partner who specialises in international arbitration and cross-border litigation. Mr Woo also advises clients on various issues relating to international trade and economic sanctions. Prior to joining Yulchon LLC, Jae Hyong worked at the Korean Ministry of Justice, where he focused on trade agreements, investment treaties and the legal service market. Jae Hyong received an LLM from the London School of Economics and Political Science and was seconded to Pinsent Masons' London office, where he focused on both contentious and non-contentious matters of international construction projects.
