About Jaime Cheng

Jaime Cheng is senior of counsel at Lee, Tsai & Partners in Taipei, where her practice spans intellectual property-related licensing, M&A and cross-border transactions. She has advised multinational clients on IP-related licensing, arbitration and audit-rights matters in the technology sector. Ms Cheng is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, a Certified Information Privacy Professional/US (CIPP/US), and a Certified Information Privacy Manager (CIPM) through the IAPP. She holds a JD from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles, and is admitted to the California Bar.
