About Jaime Cheng

Jaime Cheng is senior of counsel at Lee, Tsai & Partners, licensed to practise in the United States. She is experienced in advising multinational companies on inbound and outbound investments, commercial transactions and data privacy in Taiwan. She is a Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/US), a Certified Information Privacy Manager (CIPM) and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb), with extensive experience in ICC arbitrations, intellectual property and M&A. Jaime regularly contributes to global publications on Taiwan’s data protection laws and counsels clients on regulatory compliance and cross-border transactions.
