About Jake Huang

Jake Huang is a lawyer specialising in fintech, blockchain, payment and financial services law. He is based in Melbourne and has experience in advising on regulatory issues of digital assets, derivatives, investment funds and carbon credits, applying for Australian Financial Services Licences and Australian Credit Licences, and preparing AML programmes and licensee policies. Jake graduated valedictorian from Melbourne Law School. He is admitted to practise law in Australia and China, and previously worked for top-tier law firms in mainland China and Hong Kong, predominantly in corporate and IP transactions.
