About Jake Huang

Jake Huang is a lawyer specialising in fintech, blockchain, payment and financial services law. He is based in Melbourne and has experience in advising on regulatory issues of digital assets, derivatives, investment funds and carbon credits, applying for Australian Financial Services Licences and Australian Credit Licences, and preparing AML programmes and licensee policies. Jake graduated valedictorian from Melbourne Law School.
