About Jakob Østervang

Jakob Østervang is a partner at Accura, co-leading the renewable energy department. He is a highly specialised expert in the energy and renewable energy industries, particularly wind turbines, photovoltaic systems and biomass. Jakob has been involved in over 100 M&A transactions in renewable energy, excelling in drafting and negotiating contracts for onshore and offshore projects. He has extensive experience in both Danish and international projects, including in China, the USA and Europe. Jakob is adept at structuring projects and transactions from both the buy-side and sell-side and has significant expertise in joint venture and consortium agreements, DSAs, offtake agreements and optimising these structures.
