About James Chan

James Chan joined One Jackson Road Chambers and was a pupil to Edward Tang. He is a member of Lincoln’s Inn and was called to the Bar in England and Wales in 2023. Shortly after, James joined the Bar in Hong Kong in 2024. In his first year of practice, he has appeared in different trials and interlocutory matters. James is developing a mixed practice and accepts instructions in all areas of work. He is an accredited civil/commercial mediator awarded by ADR-ODR, which is recognised by the Civil Mediation Council (CMC) in the UK, and the Singapore International Mediation Institute (SIMI).
