is a trainee in the Banking Financial Services Regulatory team and has advised on a range of UK and EU financial services regulatory matters, applications for authorisation and other regulatory approvals, and corporate transactions involving regulated entities. He is currently involved in significant pieces of work for UK and EU banking institutions regarding their transition away from IBOR to risk-free rates, Brexit preparations for major financial institutions, as well as bank resolution and BRRD compliance.
