James is a skilful and strategic negotiator who has worked on many large government procurements, including ICT procurements. He has designed complex governance models and contractual frameworks in many significant government projects. He also regularly delivers seminars to his clients on government contracting and ICT outsourcing. James is a member of the Institute of Public Administration Australia, and sits on IPAA's ICT Advisory Committee.
