Jan de Heer
is a senior associate in the competition and regulatory practice group and a member of the firm's project development and solar energy teams. He specialises in general (procedural) administrative law, with a specific focus on zoning and planning-related matters, including environmental legal aspects. Jan advises and litigates for project developers (institutional) and real estate investors, and for (local) governments and large enterprises on public law (enforcement) issues and matters in the overlapping area between public and private law.
