About Jane Wright

Jane Wright has over 20 years’ experience of specialising in employment law, including more than a decade practising as an employment lawyer at Herbert Smith Freehills Kramer before co-founding Workdynamic Australia. Based in Sydney, Jane is recognised for her expertise in managing and conducting workplace investigations. This includes conducting and/or managing numerous workplace investigations into allegations of bullying, harassment and discrimination, including allegations of sexual assault in the workplace. Jane is acknowledged as particularly skilled in co-ordinating comprehensive investigations involving both complex interpersonal issues and thorough analysis of historical records and data. She is highly experienced in maintaining constructive relationships with stakeholders during sensitive investigations, including legal firms, union or employee representatives and clients.
