Janet M. Lee is a partner in Linklaters’ US Executive Compensation, Employee Benefits and ERISA practice. Janet advises on all aspects of executive compensation and employee benefits in connection with complex corporate transactions, including M&A. She advises on design and negotiation of employment and incentive compensation arrangements and related securities law, disclosure, governance and tax considerations. Janet counsels on ERISA matters related to structuring and offering products to ERISA investors. She leverages over 20 years’ experience in private practice and as in-house counsel, as a senior legal director at Goldman Sachs. Janet frequently speaks at Practising Law Institute events.
