About Janina Müller

Janina Müller is an associate in A&O Shearman’s Frankfurt office, working with the firm’s public (commercial) law practice. She focuses on complex regulatory and transactional matters in the energy sector, with a particular emphasis on renewable energies and related infrastructure projects. She is regularly involved in major transactions, advising on structuring and regulatory aspects, planning and permitting and grid-related matters. Janina works closely with the firm’s M&A team in Hamburg, ensuring seamless integration of regulatory and deal execution workstreams.
