About Jason Chatoor

Jason Chatoor is co-founder and director of Low Carbon Consultants Ltd and a commercial professional with 24 years in international energy. He has held senior commercial and business development roles at BG Group, bp and drax, working on major transactions and low-carbon infrastructure in Trinidad, North Africa, Europe, the UK and the US Gulf Coast. His experience spans natural gas, LNG, CCS, blue hydrogen, ammonia and BECCS, including the UK’s first large-scale CCS project. He holds an MSc in Energy Policy (Sussex), an MBA (Edinburgh Business School), a BSc in Chemical and Process Engineering (UWI) and an ACCA DipFM.
