About Jasmine K. Dela Luna

Jasmine K. Dela Luna is a senior associate in ArentFox Schiff’s complex Litigation group, representing clients across multiple industries with a focus on insurance and reinsurance disputes. She prepares substantive briefs and dispositive motions, manages large-scale discovery, and develops case strategy through all phases of litigation and arbitration. Jasmine has conducted oral advocacy, taken and defended depositions, and examined witnesses, helping clients achieve favourable outcomes in federal and state courts, and in arbitration proceedings. Jasmine earned her JD from the University of Chicago Law School (2019) and her BA, summa cum laude, from DePaul University (2016). She is admitted to practice in Illinois and the US District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.
