He is a member of the Commercial Law Association, the Communications and Media Law Association, and the Society for Computers and the Law (NSW & UK). As well as his legal qualifications, Jeff holds a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering from the University of New South Wales and accordingly is readily able to grasp general technological concepts; in particular, he has a deep technical understanding of the information technology and telecommunications industries.
