About Jemimah Atukunda Mugume

Jemimah Atukunda Mugume is a senior associate and head of the Banking, Corporate Finance, M&A and Private Equity practice at TASLAF Advocates. She specialises in private equity, venture capital, mergers and acquisitions, banking and finance, and corporate advisory, advising fund managers, development finance institutions, impact investors and growth-stage businesses on fund structuring, equity investments, cross-border transactions and regulatory compliance. Jemimah holds an LLM in Legal Practice from the University of Central Lancashire and is an advocate of the High Court of Uganda, and a member of the Uganda Law Society and the East Africa Law Society.
