About Jemimah Mushabe

Jemimah Mushabe is a senior associate at ABMAK Associates, specialising in energy, infrastructure, tax, project finance and corporate advisory. She is the lead associate advising on all renewable energy projects handled by the firm, including advising on legal and regulatory compliance, the negotiation of key project agreements, corporate and tax matters and project finance. Jemimah holds a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) from Makerere University, a Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the Law Development Centre and a Postgraduate Diploma in Tax and Revenue Administration from the East African School of Taxation. She is a member of the Uganda Law Society and the East African Law Society.
