About Jennifer Beidel

Jennifer Beidel is a partner and nationwide leader of the business litigation practice at Dykema Gossett PLLC. Jen helps companies and individuals navigate bet-the-company government enforcement, internal investigation and civil litigation matters. Before joining Dykema, Jen was an AUSA in the Southern District of New York’s Complex Frauds and Cybercrime Unit. In late 2025, Jen secured a highly publicised dismissal by the Department of Justice of its criminal case against an Alzheimer’s researcher, after formulating a strategy that dismantled the government’s case. She also serves at Michigan Chapter Leader of the Women’s White Collar Defense Association.
