About Jens Brodbeck

Jens Brodbeck is an executive at ENS in the Tax practice, specialising in corporate international tax, transfer pricing, inbound investments, and cross-border structuring. Since 1995, he has assisted international and South African multinationals with their transfer pricing needs, including advisory, documentation, risk management, and dispute resolution. He has negotiated settlements with the South African revenue authority for clients in industries like retail, automotive, financial services, mining, construction, and FMCG. He also advises on tax, and exchange control implications of cross-border transactions involving intellectual property. Jens lectures at the University of Cape Town and serves on Taxand’s Board of Directors.
